Move So Slow
- Windows should have quotas per process and should be able to monitor the performance: when performance goes so slow, it makes absolutely NO SENSE for adding more data in memory cache, and Windows should suspend the process as long as it's pending I/O are not completed to reuse some memory 'slots' now free. So this is a severe Windows kernel bug.
- Erasing everything and starting over can increase performance by getting rid of old software or drivers that may be on the computer and causing the computer to be slow. Installing a fresh copy of Windows, software programs, and the latest drivers help verify there are no software related issues causing your computer to be slow.

The thing I've always disliked about RE franchise is that your player moves so slow and clunky. Even when playing as character trained in combat. And that same kind of clunky control continues to the first person. Your character is so slow. The run isn't a run, it's like a fast walk. And there is no way you will ever dodge an attack, as you can't move sidways or backwards fast enough.
